Sao Paulo singer-songwriter Tiê is a Brazilian artist making the kind of forward-thinking pop music places like Sweden and Iceland have become known for. Using both electronic and live instrumentation, Tiê's music doesn't place her in her home country of Brazil until she begins singing.
